CARMO COURI OFFICES

The acoustic project developed for one of Carmo Couri Offices' developments stemmed from a challenging and quite specific condition: a shared workspace where the dynamics of the employees involved intense, simultaneous communication at high voice levels. Faced with this scenario, the solutions were designed to control sound propagation within the space, reducing background noise and improving concentration and productivity. The acoustic treatment acted strategically in the environment, balancing sound absorption and sound distribution without compromising the clean and contemporary aesthetics of the office.

In addition to the acoustic conditioning of the open space, the project also considered the sound insulation performance between environments. The specification of the lightweight drywall systems was carefully defined to ensure adequate acoustic separation between rooms, while the glass partitions were specially designed to maintain the visual integration of the space without sacrificing sound privacy. The result is a more balanced corporate environment that responds to the intense dynamics of use with acoustic comfort, functionality, and spatial quality.
