Atermo Acoustic Solutions
The acoustic adaptation project for the Cabernet Butiquim restaurant started from a challenging scenario: a space already in full operation, with a striking architectural identity and established elements—such as wine racks, three-dimensional geometric wall coverings, perforated panels, and predominantly reflective surfaces, in addition to sections with low ceilings.
Given this context, the strategy was to work in an integrated way with the existing architecture, without altering the character of the environment, but enhancing its acoustic quality. Absorbent materials were incorporated throughout the ceiling, fundamental for controlling reverberation, especially in areas with lower ceilings, in addition to the insertion of acoustic treatment behind the perforated panels, using discreet solutions in the same tone as the red wall, ensuring efficiency without interfering with the aesthetics of the space.
As an element of identity and concept, exclusive acoustic panels were developed with the word "BLA," a light and humorous reference to lively conversations between friends—the essence of the Minas Gerais Butiquim itself. These elements, in addition to contributing to acoustic performance, reinforce the relaxed and welcoming character of the environment.
The result is a space where gastronomy, wine, and acoustics meet in balance, providing a complete experience for the customer—where listening, conversing, and lingering are as pleasurable as eating and toasting.
